a couple of friends and i went kayak and canoe fishing today and had a pleasant time of it. there were no fish but the paddling was fun and the scenery enjoyable. maybe next weekend i will be more serious about the fishing part.  i will say setting  up a drift to fish the banks was more problematic than i would of thought.

small mouth. but we did not fish a lot mostly just hung out with friends. the wind seemed to be pushing us into the banks, may have to think about a rudder for the kayak.
