If I'm available he can use one of mine for a Tillamook bay trip.

To all welcoming me... I thank you for the offer on using kayaks... however, I have bought and been out on my Jackson Kraken 15.5. And it's amazing. Flipped it at La Jolla (Not in the surf but right after I hooked on to a big Yellowtail) Yesterday and lost a $400 Setup. Lesson Learned!

Looking forward to putting some blood on the yak as soon as I get back! Let me know any future plans?

I will definitely be going to the Bonneville Bass Bonanza. I'm super stoked!

What's this that I hear mentioned about Tillamook bay? Seriously guys, I arrive in Oregon May 15th. I'm hoping to fish during that entire week. Then I fly back to San Diego to get the wife and I'll be back for good on the 26th of May.

I am going to miss those prize fish down here. It's going to be a bummer leaving those king yellows and the beautiful (and good tasting) Durado too!

However, looking forward to the Salmon and Lingcod!

Welcome. It's different fishing up here. I yak fished LA Jolla mission and San Diego bays from 2001 to 2011 might I have seen you out there? Try some sturgeon, not yellowtail but sure can pull.

I actually started yak fishing these areas just last September. However, I am sure I have made friends with a lot of your fellow yakers from down here! I'm super stoked about some Sturgeon and Salmon. Let the fun beging!
