I know we are all busy with fishing and work,  but just thought I would start the discussion about upcoming events such as the classic and barbie rod classic.  Is there any reason to have a get together to plan,  schedule,  and discuss sponsors for this?  If so, when and where should we do this?
I'll see you on the water,
Mark

So May 14th is the Anchor Point Calcutta Derby.

I think the NWKA Yak Classic will be June 25th but no firm decision yet.

I have discussed adding other dates for the NWKA forum members with kenai guy.

Maybe a silver derby in late August and add a lake for something different anytime its not frozen.

As far as a get together, we should plan one for some place sometime soon just to get together for the Anchorage crowd and of course anyone who can make the drive in.

I think mid week will be best, so we don't lose valuable fishing time.  May 17, 18 , or 19  looks like it could work.  Just let me know schedules and how many are interested so we can find a venue.

Hello,

We would be interested in sponsoring an event. Let me know when you guys plan to meet up in Anchorage so I can plan to attend.
