I've bought an Outback from Alaska Raft and Kayak this year and bought another from Austin Canoe & Kayak last year. Both were great on service but I had a better experience with the shipping a Kayak from Alaska Raft and Kayak as your having them handle the shipping. It was a headache that I chose to avoid on the second kayak and a good choice. I'd stay local for piece of mind. ACK is still my choice for accessories as I don't live in Anchorage and as I said there customer service is excellent.
