I might be there  depending on how my step son's surgery goes today.  If all goes well I'm planning on it.

I would be paying close attention to that and have a plan B ready, as the prediction isn't even close to 100% yet. Monday on is still in the red for prediction as well and may be an indicator of a possible disturbance coming.  It may be just fine, but I wouldn't trust the forecast until at least Friday.

If I'm able to go, we'll head over Saturday afternoon. Hopefully the forecast will be fairly accurate by then. I look at it multiple times a day. If it doesn't look good we'll go someplace closer to home.

Ditto!  My plan C is usually to just stay in bed that morning.  ;D

I'm thinking of heading to PC Sunday. I'm not that good at reading the predictions on Majic Seaweed. Does Sunday look ok for going out?  It looks doable, but I'm not sure about the 3.5 foot swell at 7 seconds. The secondary swell looked about the same. Bumpy ride?  Maybe Depoe Bay instead? Thanks

Either should be fine. The duration is a bit short but you should be able to get out. Just be ready to swim  ;D

Noah - Thanks for your expertise, and confirming my hunch that PC is doable with the current forecast.  I'll be prepared to go swimming, as I haven't had a yard sale since last year at PC.  Haha!

Mojo - I'm planning on being there Sunday unless the forecast changes before I head out.

Had a blast landed and unhooked quite a few seabass and 3 underlings I took home two good sized seabass and gifted them to lil_cowboy whom is camping here but couldn't do the ocean as his wife isn't prepared for salt yet. Took TLW's boat and christened it right proper with a roll in 3 ft of water after the nose curled into the base of the wave.  Cosmo got it on GoPro so I'm waiting for him to send me a copy. Definitely love using the leg instead of the arms for propulsion. I'll let the others post up there triumphs and what not.
