I am fairly certain they had indicated that we needed 10 people signed up to have it be an active thing. I could be wrong on that though.

I had forgotten about that, guess we'll need to find some more folks for July.

If we don't make it to at least 10 by the middle of June maybe we need to start bugging the KBF through email to put us into the "West" region with the Idaho boys for July?

I emailed them and the response was that the tournament starts tomorrow.  I'll check tomorrow to see if anything is posted on dannybay's dashboard.
even if it's only 6 people, it'll be fun to compete.

Weird when I emailed them they said they roll it over or refund if there's not 10 people... I am fine with it either way, it's just strange that they don't get their facts straight... On another note I received the welcome package from KBF. LOTS of stickers and a tshirt... Pretty cool.

I spoke to Chad Hoover today, and he said that the 10$ fee can either be refunded or rolled over. I mentioned to him about the amount of people we currently have, and asked if we could join the West and Northwest regions together. He said start a feed on the regional tournament Facebook, and the west guys need to agree to have the West and NW joined.

It doesn't look like we're going to have enough people for the June tournament, so we all need to plan for the JULY one.

I'm going to be at the Boneville Bonanza if anyone wants to talk more about it in person.

I would definitely be interested in the events.  Participated in Chads KBF stuff back before he bought Hook1 but havnt in recent years.  Maybe we can do some Monry Between Friends events or something to go along with it.

Ill be at BBB this weekend would.love to talk!

Interesting, the "identifier" is on my dashboard this am, so I'm going to print it off and do some fishing this w/e.

This is awesome you guys!!! Read the rules and other event stuff well!! There are some stipulations on already qualified anglers and such, there can be some strategy to it all!
The biggest thing to remember is to MAKE SURE THE MOUTH IS FULLY CLOSED IN THE PIC!! You WILL be docked 1/2" for ever 1/4" it is open! I see so many people complain about this, but it actually is imperative to get a true measurement. And they pay close attention.
We already have two idaho boys qualified for the national championship so hopefully we will see some of you there next March at Guntersville....;)....good luck guys and have fun!!!

Got the "identifier" on my dashboard as well. Maybe the whole thing about having 10 entries is so that there can be a qualifying spot up for grabs? Might as well use this month as a practice month for all the CPR and tourney X procedures anyway. I say "fish on" guys.

That's what I was thinking as well... We'll just say it's bragging rights among us  ;D

Kyle I talked to chad about joining West and Northwest in the same region. Can you talk to your guys to see if thats something they would want too. A lot of sources consider Idaho to be part of the northwest anyway... Ha

First two fish posted on TourneyX! Nice job Mike, hope to see some more posted soon. Has anyone heard of any others interested in joining up for July so we can get to 10 anglers? How about those Oregon KBF members? Maybe Aaron Roberts can chime in on this?
