Anyone planning on going for sturgeon on the 18th? It's one of the two days they opened it up for (also the 1st of July.)

Any ideas on spots? I've only ever fished for sturgeon below Bonneville and on the Willamette.

I am actually not sure at this point if I'll be going for sturgeon. My wife wants to take out her kayak as well so I also may be fishing shad tomorrow. Be sure to post up a report from today!! Although if someone has some hot intel on a nice honey hole for sturgeon I could go that way too... We'll see.
