I would be willing to shuttle some yaks but I have a 20 ft open cab so distance is somewhat of an issue we have had 4 yaks in it already and it did ok but I think 2 maybe 3 would be about all I would be comfortable with just throwing that out there

Rough estimate is 23 NM from whittier to Perry Island.  Long run,  but should be doable on a good day. Possibly load my boat with yaks and put coolers and supplies with you.

Ok let's plan a date for this.  I can provide shuttle for two more kayaks in my new kayak hauler. Weekend of August 6 and 7 look best for me right now.  But can do weekdays if that works for anyone else.

If there's room for my beast (PA 14) I'm game. I'm limited to weekends in August. The 6th and 7th should be good.

I am sure we can make it fit.

Sounds like a plan coming together. Sounds potentially epic.

Aug 6-7 works for me. Sounds like it's going to be a fun trip.
Let me know if I can go out with you guys.
Thanks.

Ok,  so talking with gravesjacob, looks like we are both going to try to bring our power boats to Whittier on 6 August to ferry out to Perry Island.  Right now,  i have room for two more kayaks and he has room for one more.  PM me if you are interested in going and we can work on specifics.  This is an overnight trip weather and work schedule change dependant. Link up would be about 1045 am that morning in Whittier.

PM isn't loading on my phone. I'll try on my computer later. I'm definitely into it.

I'm interested -- and it might work for current scheduling. Would understand naturally if this is a guy thing, however. Me, hubs, my Revo13 and his sleek and skinny non-fishing sea kayak...
