Sturgeon fishing July 4 or 5th in the Portland area?

Anybody want to go sturgeon fishing in the Portland area on July 4 or 5?  I'll be en route to Depoe Bay for ORC, and a day of sturgeon fishing in or around Portland would fit very nicely into my agenda and travel plans.

I think I might be down to fish on the 5th. Where there any other takers?
