Hey guys, just trying to get a feel on where everyone is fishing this weekend!

If the water looks good, I plan to try Deep Creek or Whiskey Gulch...probably the latter.  I have guests in town so I may even try Homer if the surf is up.  Plan to stay until Monday and I also need to get at least a couple of dozen reds whether it be dip netting or rod and reeling.  All weather dependent but I will be not he Peninsula somewhere....

No whiskey gulch today. Too big of surf. I'm sure everyone knows already but you can call the anchor river tractor launch and get surf updates. May save making a long drive. Their number is 907 299 2686.

That surf looks pretty gnarly. Glad you didn't let that nice looking water beyond the surf temp you into launching.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a surf cam on one of those cabins above the WG camp/parking area.
