I will bring the bowls and a bunch of tortillas. Any idea how many we should need? Not sure what numbers we'll be seeing at the event.

If we have 50 peeps, and everyone ends up with two tacos, that would require 100.  They tend to come in weird counts like 72-75.
So, 150 should do it.

We'll bring seven cases of beer, probably Helles Belles, courtesy of Ninkasi (http://www.ninkasibrewing.com/). We'll bring coleslaw also.

If anyone is wondering what they could bring, we could use ice & ice chests.

I'll ask on Friday what's needed and run to the store if necessary. Besides the GF breading let me know what I can help bring; happy to contribute whatever.

I'll be coming up Saturday morning, and anything still needed after the Cap'n and crew arrive, let me know.
Everything will be all right in the end, so if it's not all right, then it's not yet the end.

I can bring a jet boiler, propane, and a decent sized pot if we need more fry space. I'm debating whether or not to bring this setup for cooking crab like I have the last few years. If we don't need it for the fish fry I might leave it at home this go-around.

Red, I think we'll be sufficient with Yaksurf's fryer and my UFO for the normal head count we see at AOTD.
What I know we usually fall short on is a few trays or shallow dishes for putting fresh fried meat and discs on/in for serving.
That and plenty of paper towels on hand.

Big 50 gallon black yard debris bags work awesome for clean up.  I can pack my collapsible trash can to use with said bags.

I have bags and disposable brownie pans!  Yay!  I'm useful!

I'll leave the boiler at home unless I decide to do some crabbing.

I think I'm the most prepared for this trip of any camping trip in the last 3-4 years. I've been getting fishing gear organized and packing camping stuff since Friday. It can't happen soon enough!

If anyone has a spare 10 x 10 or 12 x 12 Quik Shade, or EZ-UP type canopy to have on hand for the potluck/awards, I know we have needed more than one the past to give us some shade.
