How are you more experienced folks reading the forecast for next Wed thru Sat?  Only concern seems  to be the mixed swell, but does it look tame enough?

On Saturday 9/16, your 3.5 at 9 secondary plus your 2.5 at 17 could potentially equate to roughly 6 feet at 9 seconds every other wave since the primary and secondary swell are pretty much in the same direction. Wednesday and Thursday look similar. If you are unsure, there are lots of salmon in the bays and rivers.

down here, if it aint foggy the wind will blow....hard.
However, the jacks are in the river and a few folks are trolling the mouth and lower river.
Fish also being taken with bobber upstream.
They aren't trophy fish but very good, fresh and tasty.
The lower river is fairly protected from the wind.

Down here, fog means no wind and a calm sea - and staying close to shore.
The fish bite twice a day - just before we get here and right after we leave.

That mixed swell could be very tricky.  Depending if you're kayaking in the open ocean or protected by the lee of a cape...could be great or not so great.

Wednesday looks like a good day to me. Unfortunately I'll be at work. 2' wind waves, and 4' swells at 14 seconds apart sounds fine by my standards. Could do without the wind, but being in a little wind beats not being on the ocean!

Friday and Sat. Look good enough to take the chance.  Will be in B17 at Sunset if the Idaho crew or anyone else want to connect.  Hope so!

You're right, and adding in opposing wind and currents, it could get pretty bobby.
