3rd annual Tillamook Bay ??????? Day June 10th 2017

Ok being in June "May Day" just don't sound right?? I'm open to suggestions and once we get 4-5 good ones we can put it to a vote.... And no I don't want "Tillamook Bay Muck Day" so if you have a good suggestion please post it up.

Yeah, I don't like the sound of Tillamook Bay "Muck Day" either. Rather, you should just call it the "Tillymuck Day Pre Summer Event."

This new date kind of crowds the dates we have traditionally held the Bonneville Bass Bonanza. Are we going to have 2 fundraising tournaments in early June? Will it cause lower attendance?

Why not host this tourney in early May and keep it a MayDay ??  There should be a decent tide window during that month and weather is always questionable this far in advance.

Maybe a call to Langston at the Shed is in order to see if they have a tentative date yet. I know there's an Oregon Kayak Bass tournament schedule for next year and they're showing BBB as "May 2017" so hard to say if the dates will collide. I know I would plan on fishing both so hopefully the dates work out.

Unless we want to deal with higher afternoon winds or have it on Mother's Day or Memorial Day as there the only days with good morning low tides. If we look back there was a discussion and a poll on the mater.
