Lots of people were catching from power boats with bait. I caught a tiny halibut on a coho killer and nothing else 1-5 p.m. back at it tomorrow.

Went out with a friend. Saturday we fished WG.  Half dozen small halibut under 10 pounds but all in good shape.  Lots more bites.  So small Butts are still available.  Sunday tried homer for a few hours. Water was murky.  Released one small kings on a coho killer.

Jealous of both of you. Looked like great days to go fishing. Unfortunate time to pick up a stomach flu.

I just hope the kings are in for the derby this weekend. One more weekend in the trailer before winterizing. I'm thinking the predicted nice weather for a week might help clear up the water. A week of nice weather might also get more people into the derby.
