Indeed. When I picked up my first kayak from a certain paddle shop some years back, I asked a certain forum member employed there where do you get a milk crate. " You just have to go in back of a mini-mart and steal one." That was the answer.

I have acquired roughly 10 crates from my local Goodwill store. 

I keep the Goodwill stickers on them for a reason.....  I really like the colors that Goodwill uses on their stickers.  ;D

They did pick their battle.  They nabbed a guy with quite a rap sheet (according to the quote from his father).  Don't forget  they got Al Capone for tax evasion...

milk crates are crafty travelers, they can hitch a ride as stow away from most anywhere.
 I have one from a foremost dairy in Honolulu!
 I have no idea where I got it, maybe it just snuck into my shop?
