I just purchased a new 2016 Outback today.  When I got it home I grabbed the mid-ship handle and lifted to roll it on the side.  It broke.  I wasn't even lifting the entire weight of the kayak.  Do you all think this will be covered under warranty?

Totally bummed my new kayak experience.

Yes, covered.  Get in touch with the place you bought it from.
