Neah Bay. I'm looking for any party to accompany for halibut. I got my own gear. I don't wanna go by self. I live in Snohomish county. What kind of beer do drink?

Hi Sandman, I might be able to do that. I have no experience catching them on a kayak, but it looks fun! What day are you looking at? I'm in Marysville. and I drink almost any beer, but have been drinking a lot of Odins Gift lately.

Um I don't think halibut fishing is open.

It looks like May 4, 6, and 11 are the confirmed dates for 2017 on the wdfw page. Hopefully we get a few more days added too!

That's plenty of time to get ready. I'm deciding on upgrading to the new 180 mirage drive outback. One of these day we need to meet up and iron the plan out. I have never fished for halibut but I have a lot of tackle spreader bar ,leader,hooks ect.. I've been out of fishing for a year now due to a new baby.

Not sure that's a great choice for just starting out. A couple others and I are hitting mutiny bay this weekend for some flounder fishing if your interested in coming along.

I can't go this weekend, but I have Monday off. I'd also be up for fishing a few weeks from Sunday, on the 12th.  I've heard there are nice flounder at mutiny bay, but haven't fished there with my kayak yet.
