I'm new here too, was kinda wondering if there's any meetups.  I know there's a few big sailing groups, but not aware of kayak groups around here.

I live in unincorporated Everett, just 1mile East of Mill Creek.

I regularly fish the following local lakes; Storm, Panther, Martha, Lost, Echo, Margarat regularly.  In spring, I"m at Margaret most of the time - for obvious reasons.  In summer, I go for bass at the other lakes.  Sept through Oct 31, I'm back at Margaret for the fall trout bite.

Myself and my two teenage boys had a blast exploring; Kachess, and Crescent ( on the Olymp Penn ).  My youngest caught a 1/2-3/4lb Beardslee.  What an incredibly beautiful fish!!!...truely blue in color....amazing!  Not an easy fish to catch, and that is why we bring him.  If nobody can catch it, he will....chuckle...lucky chump.

I used to kayak as a kid on Lake Washington where I grew up.  Now, I'm back into it and loving it as much as I did when I was a little whipper-snapper.

Xtort (Pauly) : I'm in Blue Ridge, and about 5 minutes from West Point. This was my first year fishing from a Yak, and I loved every minute of it. Can't wait to hit the water next year early ( I missed half the season ). Caught 6 good sized Pinks though!

Great to hear of another local kayak fisherman. We'll be putting together some meet-ups for trout in the Seattle area lakes this fall and winter, and some clinics. We'll announcement them on NWKA and the Kayak Fishing Washington links below. Hope to see you out there.

Sound off!

I'm in Seattle (Just off Dexter) and fish either seattle areas or out on the hood canal since my wife's family has a cabin out there.

Hope to meet up with some of you soon.

Adam
