At least they're spending money on important stuff like drug user safe spaces instead of wasting on proper sewage facilities.

Wow that really ticks me off.  People don't realize the local fish they eat are consuming everything we put into our oceans.  If our oceans die, we die.  Thanks for bringing this up. The word should be spread.
