Was watching some videos by RoKKiT KiT on YouTube and he was using these Lockracks. Looks like they don't put a ton of pressure on the yak and also lock; which has always been something that I've done but being able to not have to strap on a lock (or forget it) would be pretty sweet. Not too expensive either compared to Yakima/Thule.

A heavy cable with a combination lock is another satisfactory way of keeping tweekers from running off with your kayak.
