Brownlee Crappie Shootout Awards Pot Luck

Hey All,

I know that Jed is planning on bringing a bunch of food for the Awards Panfish Taco Feed on Saturday but I think we should do this like an ORC dinner and all bring a side, an alternate or some "fixins".  Any of you game for this?

Thanks Mark, was going to get around to this. Maybe. I can bring fish fillets and fry them for the tacos. I will also have lumpia (ground beef) and haupia for sweets. I'll also have some bottled water.

Some other things we could use would be:

Tortillas
lettuce
tomato
cheese
drinks
various taco sauces. Bring/make you favorite
pico de gallo
any other sides you want to bring


I'll try to find burners out here so no one has to haul it with them.

We could pribably keep crappie on friday prefish if we need to get some fillets. Bring that electric knife.

I can do lettuce.  How many heads do you think will be needed and do folks want iceberg (easy to cut) or real lettuce (taste better)?  Sounds a bit like that taste great less-filling conundrum.

You could but we'll be bringing 8 different flavors of jello shots.   

Oh yeah, we'll be bringing non-alcoholic jello in a completely different form factor for the kids and responsible adults.
