What's up fellas, Grizz here, as if Rudy needed another shout out, but here it is. Thanks for the great info and help transitioning from the high mountains of Colorado.
I myself am an east coast commercial striper and lobsterman. I'm picking up a used hobie pro angler this weekend, and after a trip up north with my gold dredge on memorial day weekend, it's all business on the kenai. I'm looking forward to meeting the plastic army, and filling the skillet. This seems like a great bunch of guys and unlike my fist trip out soaking lobsterpots, I'm sure I won't have a shotgun pointed at me. Hope to meet you all very soon.
Now let me on the real forums damn it!
Sincerely, Grizz

Hey Griz!  Welcome aboard!  This is the forum where I picked up all my information before adapting it to the local waters.

The weather has been a bit uncooperative, but the fishing should be excellent from here to about the first of November.  it will slow down but you can catch fish from November through April as weell.

 Let's fish!!!!
