I just checked with the Half Lion Brewery in Sumner right off 167 and some evening we could bring the Trident 13 in, have a GTG and go over downrigging, Fish Finders, nets, stories and lies.  They have plenty of brews, a nice side area and do it on a night when they have a food truck.  Maybe hang it end to end in sling and pretend it's a bucking bull to ride or practice re-entry skills?

No rush, maybe pick a time in early-October?

If there is interest in a get-together, maybe folks could take pictures of the FF screens and bring them so we could talk about what they mean?  Here are two from mine this Saturday.

Where would you be fishing?  Trolling, mouching or jigging?  I have a small TV to plug into a laptop so we had a big screen.

The top one is a bait ball with small fish, possibly seaweed or jellyfish.  The bottom one is smallfish/seaweed/jelly fish with what looks like your trolling weight making the horizontal line. Chinook and coho sized fish meter much larger than what you're seeing at that depth. Also turn your colorline up until the bottom turns yellow, you'd definitely know when you mark a large fish. I had the hook 4 and now the hook 5, stay away from the auto sensitivity options. I run the sensitivity around 72% in water >35 with the color line where the bottom turns yellow...
