Do posts need approval or is there a lag?

I just posted in regional fishing - Oregon, and it hasn't shown up yet on the board. Does it take some time to show up, or is there an approval step I have to wait for?

As far as I know it’s immediate?

Should be immediate if you posted it.  Sometimes there is a lag for others to see it due to caching.
