They had 22 in stock. ;D
I have other burners.
This is a comparison between the $15.00 WalMart and a King Cooker I got at The ARC.
No BTU info available so this isn't too scientific.
They use the same gas regulator, but the burners are significantly cheaper in the WM device.
Heat output was higher and the water boiled faster with WM burner, so it appears to be worth the 15 bucks.

Looks like someone wanted an excuse to use the fancy thermal imaging device  ;D

It was refurbished after some dude with an FPV quadcopter crashed it into a brick wall at 70 mph.  ;D  That community is upset the Session is no longer produced because the warranty policy was very liberal.

You can also mail in an old camera at GoPro's expense and get $100 off the purchase of the newer models. https://shop.gopro.com/tradeup?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6cHoBRDdARIsADiTTzZnXffNbDztfBS3POlFaxl2WUCgWTnxCQRjIsoabdiwG9_pIWD9r3YaAkYZEALw_wcB&ds_rl=1268236&gclsrc=aw.ds

Thanks for your message Shin09!

After rebate the Hook 2 7 seems a steal and I just ordered one.
Time to upgrade my FF after after 6 years of heavy use and go to a colour display:-)

I wanted the hook 5 but the split shot one sold out before I jumped on it. It was only 150 after rebate. I was in the store today. The 7 seems nice but just big for my tastes.

Thats a good deal for the Hook 2 7...  $299 and $100 rebate?  Wow!   :banjo:

Anyone use a 7 inch fishfinder on their kayak?  Is it too big?  Does it get in the way?  I was looking at upgrading to a 5 inch but for that price, Go Big or Go Home  ;D

Are you running the original Hook or the Hook 2?
I've not heard good things about the 2, I'm running a Hook 5 refurb.

Yeah, I've read multiple stories about the Hook2 software being buggy, locking up and has to be rebooted.
Sounds like their dumping the Hook2.
I'm going to hold out.

I guess I'll do some digging before pulling the trigger on it.   :BangHead:

Edit:
Looks like they just put out a new version of software for the Hook2 6 days ago with "General Bug Fixes".  Might be worth a shot for $200  :dontknow:
