Anybody fishing the coast of Washington this weekend at or around La Push, WA for rock fish? I'm interested in meeting up for some saltwater fishing action. Safety in numbers! Getting bored fishing lakes and ponds. Any advice on locations would be nice also. Haven't done much beach launch. Trying to ease into that also, LOL! Need to get more saltwater experience under my belt.

You may want to look at the forecast. The ocean is supposed to be a mess this weekend. You can check the forecast using magic seaweed. Your area has 7 footers most the weekend.

With halibut open this will be among the busiest weekends of the year on the North Coast. That many boats combined with sloppy weather would make for a pretty ugly introduction to the salt.

Hey, thanks for all the info. I’m still new to the salt game. A lot to learn, lol.
