Went out first light to about 9am, pulling herring aide patterns all up and down the column then moved to jigging a pt wilson pretty hard for the rest of the time with only a bunch of flounder and rockfish to show for it.  Didn't mark a ton of bait or see much surface action the whole time I was out.

It was actually pretty sparse out there in terms of boat traffic this morning all things considered - just wondering if any of the other yaks I saw out there are on here and how yall did?  I was in the white camo T13.

Smoke, good to here your out there, sorry it was light fishing. I’m thinking serious about a run there Sunday, but noe maybe the old golden gardens outside the protected zone. Gave the new DR on the hobie a run at lake Morton. Got three nice rainbows. Great place for some of the new DR riggers. 7-9 feet down with a small crocodile spoon.

I may get out there Sunday for one last go at A9.. probably try either side of the low tide mid-day.
