I picked up a double handful of some of these from a local thrift shop and am wondering if any of you troll these from your kayak. I've been concentrating on using the Brad's Super bait cut plugs but thought maybe it wouldn't hurt to have a few more arrows in the quiver (for the few bucks I spent).  I've seen info about rigging the Ace hi's to run slower (rubber band trick). I'll at least give it a try.

Really curious about those huge bladed spinners. I got a box of parts to make quite a few of those. I think of those as more popular down on the Columbia R. but...?

Itching to get out there. Probably going to crab tomorrow AM and bottom fish (flounder, greenling) while the pots soak.

Only a few weeks till our big 4 day chinook season here!

I have trolled hoochies, spoons, J-Plugs, all from the kayak.  I have a downrigger, so that helps.  Really, I treat it the same as if I was in a powerboat.
