If anyone is interested (and barring any more 'crappy' disasters), mikeee and I will be meeting up at Golden Gardens tomorrow morning at 6AM.

Hopefully there's a few stragglers leftover who haven't swum upstream yet. Otherwise we'll probably be waiting for their bigger brothers and sisters to swim on in from the ocean!  :D

Hit GG this morning 530-730. Stayed mostly around green buoy. Notes:
- Gate locked again. Plan for ramp to be busy w/pb’s
- Didn’t see a lot of bait, birds
- Caught 1 shaker 1 dogfish. Downrigger w/mini purple haze flasher and purple haze ace hi, jigging lower w/green jig. Shaker on downrigger
- A good number of fish marked 20-40’ deep in 60-130 fow
- Didn’t see other nets flying

Not a lot of water movement, think our window wasn’t great. Nice on the water though! 1st time there this year

Thanks for the detailed report, Dawn Patrol!

I heard weekends are really busy at the Shilshole boat launch. Hopefully neither of us will get run over by a PB LOL.

BTW: I used to love the surfing dawn patrol when I was a grom  :D

CPUE dropped from ~1 to ~.5 from the 30th to the 11th. Fishing is half as good as it was two weeks ago for coho.

More invaluable information - thanks, workhard  :)

I noticed the creel report link on the WDFW website before but didn't realize what it was LOL.

We didn't end up going because something came up with mikeee and he had to cancel. Based on the report, it doesn't sound like there's much action left. I may go solo on Monday just to get out there and get some practice (and avoid the crowds).
