Used the boat to get to a favorite spot, but I was standing on the bank when I hooked these.

Sometimes that's,exactly what we have a yak for. Paddle to a hard to get spot, maybe an island,  and fish the banks.  Or a hidden river or stream access ... no shame in that

North sound river. I'm not sure there's anywhere in the Sound where you can keep 2 at the moment.

Yes, that is EXACTLY why I kayak fish. I do not stand on the bank where others are fishing. I paddle to the good looking water on the other side where fewer people are fishing.
