I'm looking for a used Hobie Revolution 13. As long as it doesn't leak and the drive is solid, I don't care too much about the condition of the boat so long as it's priced accordingly.

I have a Pescador Pilot that I'd be happy to include in a boat + cash trade; I value the Pescador Pilot at around 700 bucks. It's a nice boat -- stable as all get out, but too wide and bulky for my liking.

I'm located in Seattle and am willing to travel ~3 hours one direction.

Great boat for Puget Sound, I own two (2017, 2019) for a reason. The narrow hull helps when fighting current and the shortness helps with manueverability for correcting while jigging. If jigging is your thing try to find one that goes backwards.

Yeah, I can't see myself buying a kayak that's wider than 28 or so inches. Wide hulls don't suit my style of fishing - I like to cover as much ground as possible. If I start fishing small lakes, maybe I'll reconsider.

I'd like to get into jigging, just need to invest some time to learn. And maybe get a fish finder that shows contours.

Jigging is pretty simple just drop it down near the bottom and keep your line from scoping out. The keeping your line from scoping out is a skill itself and what needs to be practiced as the wind, current, and stratification of current in the column of water all need to be correct for. There's a video of me on here in a blue hoodie jigging up a Chinook, if you look closely I'm actually on the rudder pedaling with my bow pointed upwind while I'm jigging. This is me correcting for the 8knts of wind and current direction at the the same time, which is much, much easier to do on a kayak with pedals and a rudder. It makes a MASSIVE difference in getting strikes if they're around.

The subtleties of technical fishing...

I live in Coeur D’alene and have two Revo 13’s.  since I’m mostly lake fishing these days and not trolling I don’t need the narrow boat anymore and want to move to a wider kayak or stand up paddle board.  I’m interested in selling my 2017 Revo.  It’s Mango color and in great shape.  Probably be asking $1500 for it and might be interested in taking your pilot in trade.  the conflict is I’m not inside the 3 hour travel window.  maybe we could meet in the middle?

Hey, I'm very interested. We can certainly work out the driving thing; I'll send you a PM.
