The Brewster pool Sockeye Salmon fishery is just getting underway and we have another 200,000 fish on the way. It should only get better from here. I've laid out all the details on when, where, and how to target these fish from a kayak. Enjoy and see you out on the water.

Thanks for an excellent overview of the Brewster Pool fishery. Its been a few years since I fished it. Not many folks include access in their layouts, so really appreciate that. Seems like you fish at a higher rate of speed than the PBs around you in the video and faster than I fish at Baker for sockeye. Trends suggest the thermal barrier will be reached this week up there.

Seems like you fish at a higher rate of speed than the PBs around you in the video and faster than I fish at Baker for sockeye. Trends suggest the thermal barrier will be reached this week up there.

My troll speed varies and I mostly respond what the fish want. PB anglers tend to set and forget their speed.
