Hey Jim, I'm planning to go to Ambleside tomorrow morning. Hoping to be in the water at 7am. Outback too. I usually place a kayak @ Holly Burn sailing club and then there is an old concrete ramp between sailing club and pier with a hose to wash your kayak after. Say hi if you around.
