I got SUCH a JONES!!!  Friend Rob and I are waddling up to PNP in the AM, not the best tide for that area but man, I gotta wet a line!   Tied up some leaders with the 3/0 Matzuo hooks, they are called "sickle octopus" and the cat who turned me on to the (Captain Downriggin) says he hasn't lost a fish  in 2 years since switching from Gamakatsu.
Takin my Sanyo Xacti camera for fish porn , maybe we'll see a sub surface, like last time I was there in a PB.  Have not been in the yak for weeks, hope the wind is not a factor, PNP is very exposed to the North.
The cat a Outdoor Emp said a couple of his friends went to Foulweather Bluff yest and nailed 4 nice-size blackmouth, and the fish they'r catching in the San Juans are BIG!!

"Point No Point"
"Foulweather Bluff"

I don't care how good the fishing is, I want to go fishing there just because the names are so cool.

You and me both KT. I'll most likely hit up the sound as well just hope the wx and tides work with me. Don't forget the camera!
