A buddy and myself will be hitting the ocean off PC tomorrow, looking like a small window where hopefully the wind doesn't start up too early. Might be a fast trip, might not be so bad! Hard to tell in the spring time. If anyone else is around I'll be on channel 69. If we do any good there'll be a report to follow

SUPER foggy morning, rock was barely visible at 6AM when we got out there. We could still see it though and went for it. Forecast changed overnight but the 4'@9 seconds was pretty damn accurate. Not the best but have certainly been out in worse. Very clean breakers launching and landing, the 2-4' surf was right on but because they were breaking so straight it was very easy.

ended up finding schools of bass everywhere, but getting them something they wanted to bite was tricky. Pink/red seemed to be the key. My buddy got several trolling a 20' depth diving plug. Lancer jigs and shrimp flies for me. Lings were hungry. Mine measured in at 24" and 30". We were off the water by 8:30 and it was starting to pick up quick. Saw a few other kayaks out there as we were heading in. Was anyone else on this forum out there? How'd you do this morning?
