Hey all, we're camping in PC next week and I haven't fished there since the beach entrance washed out.  Are they still allowing kayak launch vehicles on the beach?  Thanks.

Yes, they are allowed, however a Tillamook County parking permit is required.  They were setting up a vending machine at the parking lot, but I’m not sure if it works yet or not.  I think you can get permits online too.

Being retired, they pay me when I go fishing, therefore I am kind of a professional fisherman.

Ok, thanks!  I wonder if the Cape Kiwanda store sells them?

I am looking at Friday out of PC as well. Based on the forecast (which is a "forecast") the conditions are looking to improve through the morning and be pretty nice until the wind picks up. So not looking to launch until 7-8 ish. Will drop a crab pot and split time between salmon and BF.

Where do you target the fish? Between the rock and shore or out farther west?

I'll be in a tan emotion stealth angler with a white Tundra crew max/Thule rack.  Blue dry suit, bright green pfd.  I'll have my UHF, Channel 69.  I'll probably be launching shortly after daylight so I can get my rockfish and lings in time to be back for checkout at noon.  I target my sea bass around the rock and usually my lings west and north of the rock.

I was also hoping to hit up PC before or after the ORC and Friday looks promising. I'll be on an ivory dune outback and big red drysuit. Tight lines
