 i sent my hydrus into kokatat for leak repair. a week later i get an email saying suit is being replaced under warranty due to fabric delamination. this is THE SECOND TIME a suit was replaced for an issue i knew nothing about!                             
                                                              go kokatat!!!

Wow, happy to hear that worked out for you. I’ve seen several horror stories lamenting about their “poor customer service” or refusal to replace a gasket. Good to know it’s not all sour grapes with them.

LawyerBob, I think the only negative stories I've read were from Tyler Hicks and his suit was just plain worn out.  There must be at least a dozen threads on NWKA praising Kokatat for replacing well worn suits and a dozen more praising the job they do when you send your suit in for leak repair.
