Anyone planing on going to buoy 10 this Saturday? I was considering it but not entirely sure how to tell if it’s going to be flat or not. Looks like the tide is fairly small. There will be a swell but plan on being mostly by the Astoria bridge so shouldn’t effect it up there. Any thoughts?
