Saturday Saltwater Fix?

Ocean looking pretty fishable Saturday. Anyone else looking at making a trip out of Fogarty? Springers not cooperating yet 

Seriously considering it, haven't hit the salt yet this year.

I'll fish it if the wind forecast isn't too squirrely.

I'm planning on Sunset Bay launches- late morning on Friday (light afternoon wind forecast) and then an early launch Saturday (smooth ocean but stronger wind and swells coming up after noon...).

Yes on Fogarty if conditions hold.

Forecast says 2 ft swell building to 6 ft. Mmm....

I have also been watching and was strongly considering Sunset bay for my first excursion to the salt. If I make it I hope to see you there Rogerdodger.

I am looking at surfline and don't see that building. Wind might be a PITA, but the swells look good. What is your source? I should be seeing that as well.

My source for building to 6 ft was the national data buoy center. But they have now removed the 6 ft part and it looks good.

Friday looks a little better.

I’m not loving the 3’ wind waves at 4 seconds and 20 mph gusts on the national weather service forecast but will be watching it throughout the week
