Hey all, Does anyone know of a place to launch on the south side of the Columbia in Portland near the I-5 bridge?

I really want to try the pikeminnow reward program. Can't fish for at least a couple weeks, but chomping at the bit!

Alder Creek kayak is there.  They may have a launch.  Lotus Isle park looks like a possibility.
