I thought y'all may find this interesting.  Attached is a page from the tabloid Hawaii Fishing News and reports the results of a two-day kayak fishing tournament on the Big Island.

In another issue is chronicled the catch of a 615 lb blue marlin from a Honda PWC jet ski 11 miles offshore in which the hooked marlin got hammered by an 18 foot tiger shark, nearly completely dragging the jet ski under.
