NANOOK was an online name I gave myself after being called Nanook while taking some grief on this forum. 8)

Sept. 15, 2010 on the Siuslaw River near Tiernan. 36.5 inches and 24.5 lbs. Caught on a pink No.6 blue fox. I lost my net over the side during the fight, and landed it using both hands!

No. It's not a King but what the heck. It's a small Steelie caught when I still could see and had more brain cells. Caught drift fishing on the Stilly in 95'. Weighed in 4 hours later and bled at 22 lbs. It now resides on the wall. Won a new rod/reel and $50.00 in tackle from 2 contests. They are hard to come by locally today.
