"We have received two independent reports that the 2009 Sockeye season will open on Wed 8-5,  this is still NOT an official opening announcement (stay tuned)." http://www.lakewenatcheeinfo.com/

Here's a trip report from last year: http://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/index.php/topic,1584.0.html

Anyone interested in taking a trip next week?

I'm going for the quick blitz.

Leaving Seattle 4 pm Wednesday, back by noon Thursday. Will be camping out at Glacier View CG.

Let me know if you're interested. Hope to be bringing back 4 sockeye :-)

Sounds like it'll be a good time. Wish I could do a midweek campout.. Knock 'em dead Matt.
