I'm guessing I'm not the only one seeing this error every now and then:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

It's most frustrating when it happens when you are trying to post.  I'm surprised no one has complained about it yet.

This is an artifact of the hosting plan I use and limitations on how many simultaneous PHP sessions are running.  Basically, as more people are checking out the forums, we are getting more clashes that cause this error.  I'm currently considering what options are.  One is to upgrade to a dedicated server which would remove the simultaneous PHP restriction, but that costs significantly more money.

I'm going to explore some advertising options to help offset some of these costs.

Please be patient with this issue.  I may not be able to fully address it right away.

I've found that if I get this message when I try to post, I'm not able to retry on the "post" button. I get around that problem by opening another tab on my browser, and copying the blocked post and pasting it in a new "post reply" in the new tab. Otherwise, it's no big deal to reload the page.

P.S. The irony is that when I first tried to view this post, I got the the Internal Server Error message. ::)

I have a plan to switch servers some time in the next few weeks to fix this problem.  I will let you know more details when that is about to happen.  Thanks for your patience in the meantime.  Stay tuned.

A move may occur this week.  I'll try to let you know before it happens so you're not surprised by any disruptions.
