Do new Kayak's come with paddles?

Don't want to buy a new yak and be up a creek without one.

all depends on where you're shopping. most will include them on a "package" which will also include a PFD.  I've found that I prefer PFDs and Paddles not part of the package, be them of higher OR lower price....
