I realize that it might be a little early to call it at this point, but if the weather holds, there might be a nice window to get out to the ocean on Thursday or Friday of this week. Yes, I realize it will probably be cold and yes, I realize the PDX meet up is on Thursday. I promise to be home in time and all washed up, ready for dinner to make it. :angel4:
Anyone available to head out to PC Thurs or Fri?

I wouldn't mind trying it if the weather holds. I'm planning on going to Coos Bay Tuesday. It might be fun to grab my gear & head that way. You ever fish the Cape Arago area?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know ::) We're softies here in the valley.  I guess I should've named this post, "yeah, it's chilly, who cares?" :D
I just got off the phone with my mother in Wyoming and they have around eight inches of snow, a temp of 1 F, and a windchill of -19 F. Yikes! I don't miss that!

I've never made it to Sunset Bay or Cape Arago, but I will certainly have to get down there sometime. It'll have to be on a long weekend or something since I'd like to make the most of it and fish a couple of days instead of driving down and back in the same day. Maybe I'll get a chance this May or June.

Looks like Friday/Saturday would be the better days. I'll bow out tomorrow, and likely just hit the Willamette.  Can't do any other day. >:(

Hey, speaking of Coos Bay; anyone heard from CBY? Lately, he's posting less often than I do... And, I post so infrequently that most people reading this are probably thinking "who the hell is Noggin Yakker??!!"  ???

So we will be out there if anyone has a last minute schedule change and wants to come out. At this point it looks like the weather is going to be great!
