I love a good glory shot, but a great bendo photo really gets the blood pumping.  Here are a couple of good ones.  The first one is a great shot Spot took over my shoulder when I was hooked up with a bigun.  The second is not necessarily a great photo, but it what was on the end of Spot's bendo that filled his card for 09.

So let's see your best "bendo" shots.  And here's to many many more (raising my cuppa as I type) bigger and better "bendo's" in 2010.  Cheers.

I can't think of a better way to start off 2010 than by showing off my bendos to a bunch of fishing buddies.  (Expect Andyjade here at any moment)

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  --Mark Twain

Great bendos.  And international bendos too.  Awesome.  I know there's more out there.  Post one for the Taters.

No bendo's for me. But I know exactly where Spot's picture is. Its funny (in my mind) that i never saw anyone 'yak fishing there till I got my yak. Fished from the rocks regularly last year....

oh, hey, here's yaknitup's first sturgeon bendo!

Bob Harvey with a 71# halibut in Alaska, on the super noodle salmon mooching rod.

There's just something really cool about this one.

8/30/08: Just south of Cape Arago Lighthouse. Not a huge bendo, but this one got away after about a 30 minute fight.

Spot,

Is this an allusion to our Rockin' New Years?  D00d - I told you, even if they ARE midgets, you STILL have to check for an Adam's apple.
