Would it be possible to add a clickable style menu like the one that is started in the product review forum?  (PFD's)

The clickable items would be links to pictures and instructions on common installations and modifications.  Things like Transducer, FF, Battery installations and adding rod holders or drift anchors.

I'm probably guilty of this too, but we get lots of repeat questions in the drillin & cuttin forum.

Anything is possible, but that's a lot of work.  If someone ( ::) ) would like to propose some categories and threads to link to, that would be a great help and a good start.

I think the stickied topics cover most common topics. If there's some you'd like to see
stickied let us know.

Off the top of my head I would say a sticky on FF installs (perhaps condense a couple of the good threads into one?)

Allen I would do it, but I have no idea how.  Is there an easily understandable guide available?

Lee, do a round up of each of the threads you can find on the site that may occupy FF installs, and start a thread with all the links listed (clickable).  Label the thread something like "Fishfinder Installs",  and then request to have that thread made into a sticky.

As more folks come up with more FF installs down the road, anyone could reply to your sticky thread and add a link to those new installs.  This will help to keep similar items organized.   8)

Yup.  That's what I had in mind.

I know nothing about the inner workings of a website or forums (just getting that minor detail out of the way)   But is it possible for members to somehow be able to manage  their own "stickies"  under their own profile?

For instance.  I would  create one and call it "trolling" or "river fishing"  I could then copy and paste posts that I liked that covered these subjects and maintain them on my own.

?
