Yup.    Historically, PNP gets good for nookies to 20# in late April, mooching along from the lighthouse westward on the ebb tide.  But regs have gotten in the way of the really good fishing past few years.  There used to be  neat trolley launch, I took my 14' Livingston there many times, always caught fish.  Jigging works there, too.
