...but only in very limited numbers for $1400 (100 to be exact) :blob8:  Why is the US market being stiffed by OK in favor of the Kiwi's?  Please tell me the design improvements present on the Ultra will make their way into domestic market OK's in the very near future.  I would start saving my pennies today if I thought I actually had a chance of being able to pick one of these up around next spring.

I am both impressed and infuriated with OK at this point.  After seeing the Ultra 4.7 and its vast improvements over the US design I wonder why we still get the half-assed Trident 13/15 Angler as the top of the line... are we not worthy of a formidable fishing platform?  I understand why American automakers have cooler cars in Europe, but I don't see any reason why we can't have superior kayak designs here other than in extremely limited editions.

About time... I was salivating over this when it debuted in NZ. Only 100 though?! That is absolutely ridiculous... I too don't understand why american companies do this... give the best to overseas buyers and still the domestic market. Do you know who will be carrying them?

I've been thinking about this yak for a few years wondering when it would make it to the USA.  Excited to try one.

Anyone else notice with a ruddder the 4.7 will be pushing 80lbs?

I think a meat cleaver and crab traps would be more effective.

People make lousy crab bait.  I find that small kick me dogs perform much better...

True story though we used to crab with rabbits as bait.  The crabs love it the seals won't touch it.  A skinned rabbit looks a lot like a small dog.  After telling a little old lady on the docks we were using poodles and shitsu's as bait she threatened to call the cops on us/

Current ETA for the boats is mid-September. We'll have 3 yellow & 3 camo. Retail is $1599. Should have a page on the website next week for pre-orders. With the limited availability, demos are doubtful, but I'll post if I hear different.

wow. drinks, dames, and disappearing acts on offer, with dogs and rabbit for bait. awesome.
